*Lunch is provided for the children of the party only. Adults and additional children not participating in the paty wishing to have lunch will need to order from the Jaguar restaurant.

Please Note:

• All bookings are for a minimum of 6 children
• Additional adults will be charged at £7.95 per head
• Bookings should be made at least a week in advance
• A minimum of three days notice is required for any changes to the numbers attending
• A 50% deposit is required at least 1 week prior to the event
• Please don't bring balloons as the animals don't like the pop!

*Terms & Conditions:

Feeds are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis and to animal welfare considerations. Only the birthday boy or girl will be able to feed the animals. Refunds are not granted in the very unlikely event that a feed may not be possible due to animal welfare issues. An entry ticket will be issued as compensation in this case. For adequate supervision, we recommend a minimum ratio of one adult to six children. 

Please Note: Our Presentation Team have a very busy schedule of public talks and other commitments throughout the day and must keep to a strict timetable. For this reason, animal feeds, Close Encounters sessions and tours must begin at the time agreed when you book. Spaces on these sessions are limited to the above numbers to ensure that all participants gain maximum benefit from the experience.
