Booking an experience at DZP is very simple!

1. First, purchase your chosen experience using our secure online purchasing system.

2. Then, fill in the information below for all participants and click 'Send'.

3. One of the team will then be in touch to confirm your booking!

If you have bought your gift certificate from any website other than DartmoorZoo.org, then you must post your voucher to us 2 weeks before your experience. Our address is Dartmoor Zoo, Sparkwell, Plymouth, PL7 5DG

Gift Certificate Numbers from Dartmoor Zoo are issued shortly after purchase, normally within 3 days. You will be emailed the number and also sent a gift certificate in the post. If you haven't received one within 14 days, please call 01752 837645.

Some of our experiences, such as Keeper For A Day are quite physically demanding. You may be mucking in with the keepers, helping them to do their daily routines. This policy is enforced upon us by our insurers and local health authority, so please do not ask us to change it.
