Experience Booking Form

Booking an experience at DZP is very simple!

1. First, purchase your chosen experience using our secure online purchasing system.

2. Then, once we have confirmed the purchase and provided you with a Certificate Number, fill in the information below for all participants and click 'Send'.

3. One of the team will then be in touch to confirm your booking!

IMPORTANT NOTE: You will receive a response to your booking within 72 hours. If you do not, please e-mail hannah.webb@dartmoorzoo.co.uk. (Making sure you check your junk e-mail folder beforehand)

Your booking (including any re-booking) is not complete until you receive an e-mail confirmation. We therefore strongly recommend that you do not book any accommodation for your trip until you have received this e-mail. Dartmoor Zoo cannot guarantee your experience on any of your preferred dates.

BOOKING RECOMMENDATIONS: If you require a week day booking, you will need to book on average 6 weeks in advance. If you require a weekend booking, you will need to book on average 10 weeks in advance.

If you have bought your gift certificate from any website other than DartmoorZoo.org, then you must post your voucher to us at least 2 weeks before your experience. Our address is Dartmoor Zoo, Sparkwell, Plymouth, PL7 5DG

Gift Certificate Numbers from Dartmoor Zoo are issued shortly after purchase, normally within 3 days. You will be emailed the number and also sent a gift certificate in the post. If you haven't received one within 14 days, please call 01752 837645.

Some of our experiences, such as Keeper For A Day are quite physically demanding. You may be mucking in with the keepers, helping them to do their daily routines.
