We are very sorry, but we regret that dogs are not permitted on site. Guide dogs are also NOT permitted.

Guide dogs: Unfortunately, due to animal welfare considerations, we are unable to allow guide dogs at the zoo. The layouts of our enclosures are different to other zoos, and the animals are in places very close to public areas. This means that guide dogs, even though very well behaved, can cause considerable stress to our animals. Please be aware that this is not a decision that has been taken lightly, but it is something that we are duty bound to enforce. We are unable to make any exceptions to this rule.

We do not offer a kennelling service at present.
