After a 5 month wait, Dartmoor Zoological Park are proud to announce FOUR new births!

On Sunday the 9th of January, Vanilla, one of our pigmy goats gave birth to two girls.

The following day, Toffee gave birth to a girl and a boy. It was a bit touch and go at first with Toffee's kids, as she wouldn't let them suckle.

So our keepers kept them under close observation, and luckily by the next morning, they were all suckling fine! We now have four, happy, hoppy, skippy young pigmy goats in our Petting Zoo area for you to come and visit.
